ADA ACCESSIBILITY
WestWorld of Scottsdale is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

ALCOHOL
Alcohol is available for purchase on-site through M Culinary and approved vendors. Those consuming alcohol on property must be 21+ years of age with proper identification. Alcohol shall not be removed from the property.
There shall be no outside food or beverage brought onto WestWorld property. For more information, please visit our Center Policies page
ANIMALS (SERVICE AND DOMESTIC)
Service and domestic animals are permitted on WestWorld property, but must be kept on a leash at all times.
ANIMALS (HORSES)
Horseback riding is permitted on established trails or in posted available arenas only. For trail riding safety, a minimum of two (2) riders is recommended. Users shall obey all regulatory signs.
Horses are not to be turned loose on the property nor in the arenas, nor are they to be tied to any structure not specifically designated for this purpose.
Horses are to be ridden in the stable area at a walk.
ATMS
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are available on-site at each and every event at WestWorld.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are available in all family restrooms and most full-sized restrooms. WestWorld and event staff can help you located the nearest baby changing station on-site.
BAG POLICY GUIDELINES
WestWorld does not have a bag policy guideline.
Please check your event guidelines, rules, and policies for specific event-day information about bags.
BIOSECURITY
All horses are required to have a valid Coggins report while on WestWorld property.
A Coggins test is commonly utilized for the diagnosis of Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA), also known as swamp fever. For more information about EIA or obtaining a Coggins test for your animal, please contact a licensed veterinarian.
CATERING

CITY OF SCOTTSDALE
WestWorld of Scottsdale is owned and operated by the City of Scottsdale.
CODE OF CONDUCT
WestWorld is committed to providing a safe, welcoming atmosphere for all. Guests, facility users, staff, and event staff must abide by all rules and regulations of the facility and organization, including all environmental state and federal laws.
WestWorld management reserves the right to evict anyone from the property who displays intoxication or excessive drunkenness, excessive noise, or disturbance, harassment, inappropriate behavior or attire, and non-compliance with prohibited items.

DRONES
All remote-operated aircraft (“drones”) are prohibited at WestWorld unless approved by facility management with current FAA approval.
FEED AND BEDDING
Order shavings and feed through WestWorld through our website or by calling 480-312-6814. Import of shavings is prohibited.

FIREARMS AND WEAPONS
For the safety and security of all guests, firearms, and other weapons are strictly prohibited within WestWorld of Scottsdale.
FIREWORKS AND PYROTECHNICS
Fireworks or explosives cannot be brought onto city property unless specifically approved, in writing, by the City of Scottsdale.
FIRST AID LOCATIONS
WestWorld of Scottsdale does not have built-in public first aid stations, but individual events may organize event-day stations.
AED’s are located in the North Hall, Equidome, and Multi-use Tent.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found is collected at the WestWorld RV office. Any items stored beyond 30 days will be donated.

Note: WestWorld is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. This includes any items delivered, received, handled, stored, or otherwise located at WestWorld, either prior to, during, or subsequent to any person’s use of WestWorld.

When shipping mail to WestWorld, please include:
- “WestWorld of Scottsdale”
- The event name
- Location of the event
- Phone number of receiver
If camping at WestWorld, please include:

- Your name
- Address for RV
- Guest name – RV, phone number

MOTORIZED VEHICLES
Motor vehicles are prohibited within stable facilities except to load/unload horses, tack or feed, unless authorized by City management. Otherwise, vehicles must operate within designated roadways and parking areas.
Area traffic and parking signs are to be observed at all times, including posted speed limits. The posted speed limit on the main access road is 25 mph. All other roads are posted at 15 mph.
Designated fire lanes are to be kept clear at all times. Vehicles in unauthorized areas may be towed at owner’s expense.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE
There shall be no outside food or beverage brought onto WestWorld property. Sales and distribution of food and beverage or other commercial activities are not allowed without the express written consent of City and the completion of written contractual agreements.

PARKING
Overnight parking is not allowed, except in RV or other specifically designated areas, without the express written consent of City.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND CAMERAS
The City of Scottsdale reserves the right to use the name, image, photograph, likeness or any other reproduction, taken or acquired by City, of any visitor or facility user, for publicity purposes of City without notifying or compensating individuals therein.
All camera types are permitted on property without permission or media credential, unless otherwise stated by event organizers, staff, or policy.
PROMOTION AND DISTRIBUTION
WestWorld visitors and facility users may not post or exhibit any printed material such as posters, signs or advertisements without prior written approval by WestWorld management.

SKATEBOARDING AND ROLLERBLADING
Skateboarding, rollerblading and other micromobility vehicles are permitted on WestWorld property.
STABLES
WestWorld of Scottsdale contains 20 outdoor stables with up to 48 stalls per stable.
All guests must abide by the following stable rules:
- One animal allowed per stall.
- No person may sleep in stalls.
- Hot shoeing is prohibited in stall areas.
- Stable decorations shall not extend more than six feet from barns.
- Cooking, heaters, heat, flames, and food preparation are all prohibited in stalls, stables, or within 50 feet of any barn.
TICKETS
All ticketing for events at WestWorld of Scottsdale is operated by the individual event organizers. Please contact event staff for your specific event for more information.
TOBACCO, VAPING, AND SMOKING
Tobacco, vaping, and smoking are prohibited inside barns, restrooms, and inside all buildings.
Dedicated smoking areas are determined by each individual event organization. Please contact event staff for information about dedicated smoking areas.
WASH RACKS
Four outdoor wash racks are available at WestWorld, including one inside the North Hall. All animals must be washed in wash racks only. Washing animals in stalls, bathrooms, walkways, streets, or any other area is prohibited.
WATER STATIONS
Water stations and drinking fountains are located throughout the WestWorld facility at most indoor and outdoor restrooms.
