Conveniently located next to the Barn G and Arena 5 Show Office, the WestWorld Feed & Bedding Store is your one-stop shop for equine essentials during your event stay. From shavings and hay to premium feed products, our team is here to help make your experience at WestWorld as smooth and efficient as possible.
To better serve exhibitors, trainers, and guests, we offer convenient online ordering in addition to phone orders and in-person service. Whether you are planning before arrival or need supplies after a long day of riding, our team is ready to assist.
Ordering Options
Orders can be placed:
- Online through our Feed & Bedding ordering portal
- By phone at 480-312-6814
- In person at the WW Feed & Bedding Store
The online ordering portal opens approximately 30 days prior to your event. We encourage guests to pre-order before the first move-in day whenever possible. Our team will make every effort to have your order delivered directly to your stall prior to arrival.
When placing your order, please include the trainer’s name or the individual/group you are stalling with. This information helps our staff accurately locate stalls before final barn charts are released.
Need something after hours? Orders placed after business hours will be prioritized for first delivery the following morning.
Important Information:
- Importing outside shavings onto the property is prohibited!
- All shavings must be purchased through the WestWorld Feed & Bedding Store.
- Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered the next business day.
- All sales are final.

Open during equine events from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
